  • Avoid curds , fish, milk, urad dal, jaggery, and constipating food.
  • Consume horse gram, ginger, bitter gourd, drum sticks.
  • Remove the sprouts (which will be present inside garlic cloves) of garlic by splitting, Soak these garlic in buttermilk over night.
