Recipes of Carrot which help in weight loss
Carrot tomato salad
Carrot – 2- coarsely grated
Tomato -1- finely chopped
Cilantro – finely chopped 2 tea spoon
Lemon juice – 1 tea spoon
Pepper (optional) -
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and consume it before meals
Carrot – 1 well washed and coarsely grated
Ginger – ¼ inch
Cumin seeds or jeera – ¼ spoon
Lemon – 1 tea spoon
Grind all ingredients in a mixer. Add water if needed. Do not strain this juice as you may lose the benefits of fibers. Drink this juice in empty stomach in early morning.
