THERAPY:-
Soups:
Ingredients required:-
Drink soups of any of the following at night , horse gram add a pinch of
powdered pepper.
- Bengal gram (hindi - Moong)
- Horse gram ( hindi - Kulthi)
- Black Pepper
- Long pepper
- Dry ginger powder
Method of preparation :-
Cook Bengal gram or horse gram in water to prepare a soup. Add salt to
taste.Powder three spices mentioned above.Add a pinch of this mixture of
spices to the cooked soup. Consume this everyday night without fail.
Milk:
Drink a glass of hot milk everyday night
