I'm a 31 year old female who for the last year has been having continual problems with my sinuses and gums. I have had trouble with my sinuses for a long time but this last year has been especially bad. My sinuses are constantly congested and I've tried everything to help them but have been told by doctors that I'm just having bad allergies. Meanwhile, my inner ears have been blocked up to varying degrees so that I had severe dizziness when turning my head to each side and now still have pain and itchiness in my inner ears. I also have frequent pain over and around my eyes. I no longer use over the counter anti-histamines or decongestants but stuff from the health food store, chinese herbs, and acupuncture only offers partial relief. I have a sensitivity to wheat so I do not eat any and eat a vegetarian diet with pure, whole foods and no refined sugar. I have also been having trouble with my gums. They get inflammed easily and are receding and thinning. The dentist says not to be worried and that I don't have gingivitis, but I still notice how much they have changed in the last year. Can these two problems be related? I'm trying to get to the root of the problem. I've been severely stressed for the last year as well. And now for the last two weeks I've had a rash on my palms. It's not spreading and consists of chapping and tiny bumps. Can these all be related to stress or a nutrient deficiency? I'd appreciate any insight into these problems.

Those are some pretty intense symptoms you are having. Why aren't you going to see an alternative doctor of some kind? chinese medicine, ayurveda most likely can help, this isn't something that there's a simple 'take this' type of answer. You may have some kind of heavy metal toxicity, it could be a nutrient definciency (getting a hair analysis will reveal both of these). with all the symptoms you're having, you should go to a good naturopath, chinese doctor, ayurvedic practitioner, or you can also go to an NMT practitioner, check out the website if you don't know what that is, this is very effective, I have done this in the past. NMT practitioners can also determine what the underlying cause is of your symptoms, and do adjustments on you so the body can self-correct and heal. They will also let you know if you need a particular supplement, etc. I strongly suggest you go see someone soon!
