 Post subject: How can you self-treat to get rid of cysts?

I have what i think is a cyst, but not sure, on top of my shoulder, it's been there quite some time, and recently has begun to feel a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious, but i really am committed to figuring out how to heal this. Any answers are appreciated, thankyou.
