Shipping Policy

Delivery Places & Time 

We currently ship to thousands of locations across India and the world. We normally ship your order in 5 days. 

Your order will reach you through registered air mail of Indian Postal services  as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery address. To some cities/towns it can take up to 7 - 10 days from the time of pick up to deliver a consignment. Some international destinations may require around 10 - 15 days for the consignment to be delivered.

Shipping through DHL: If customer prefers a delivery through DHL ( safest, surest and quickest way of shipping ) we will ship to all most all countries except USA on payment of little extra charges.  Please contact our sales department. on this matter.

Shipping Address

In order to provide good service and timely & efficient deliveries, please give us your correct pin-code in the shipping address.

Also, it is very important for us to have your contact number, so please give us your correct phone number while placing order.

The Billing Address must match the credit card details, incase you choose credit card as your payment option.

If you want to change the shipping address you have specified on placing the order, you can send us a message at doctor@ayurhelp.com clearly mentioning your order number and we will accommodate the change if the goods have not been dispatched .

Information about the dispatch of products

The consignments are dispatched immediately upon the receipt of payment. Non availability of required medicines may cause a delay of about a week . If so , the customer will be duly notified. The consignments  are sent through registered Airmail of the Indian postal services for overseas orders. These reach the destination within ten to fifteen days .The customers are requested  to wait for at least 25 days from the date of dispatch from India. They should please rest assured about their parcel reaching them as the consignments are sent by registered parcel only. In any event we would not displease our customers.
